Louis is managing director of the recently launched aviation technology start-up. Detecting overdue market needs and industry trends, Louis built a strong experienced and well composed team, to quickly provide an end-to-end solution with global relevance, PASSNFLY. Prior, Louis was entrepreneur in various internationally scalable mobile technology businesses. In 2007 he created his first mobile technology company. At just 21 years old, and while still studying, he led his first company, also based in Barcelona. Originally from Germany, Louis studied law in Germany's ex-capital Bonn, plays saxophone, likes snowboarding and practises a corean martial art, TaeKwonDo.
After spending more than a decade helping to deliver embedded software for the pay television industry, filling a variety of roles ranging from programming to architecture to requirements management, Lars joined the start-up world in 2010, working with location-based entertainment and mobile advertising. While a hard-core engineer originally, Lars has become increasingly interested in the commercial side of software development and enjoys contributing to business development and strategy. Lars can be found sailing the waters of Denmark when conditions are favorable.
James is actively contributing to the B2B sales strategy and generating new customers for PASSNFLY. He is the co-founder of Oasis Print, a professional online printing company, which he sold in 2012. He previously worked at VistaPrint, both in the US and in Spain, in various management positions for their partner program. James holds a BA in Economics from the University of the West of England.
